The hotel was nice. Value for money. The check-in process took more than an hour. The bathroom pipe is not functioning properly.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay and are satisfied with the experience. As it was only a one-night stay, we didn’t get the chance to explore all the amenities and facilities. We truly appreciate the comfort provided. One small suggestion for improvement would be the bathroom and washroom facilities. It would be wonderful if an Asian-friendly style could be considered - adding a water pipe in the washroom, as we personally prefer this over the push-button washer. Thank you so much for your hospitality.

The room, toilet, corridor is spacious. Clean and tidy. With complete beverage & bath amenities. Location is convenient and easy access to the highways.

Easy check-in process, only need to pay an additional Rm3 for Penang tourism. Customer friendly counter. Overall room is ok, but housekeeping needs to do a better job because there is a lot of dust and garbage under the bed. The restaurant serves a very satisfying menu.

Overall ok. Comfortable & spacious room. Only there is no elevator from the lobby to the parking lot.

The staff was friendly... room clean.

The hotel is big from the outside, the room and the bathroom is quite spacious also. Breakfast is okay, room cleanliness is also acceptable. The problem we encountered was the deposit we have to pay when we check in. My advice, check the receipt they gave you and have proper proof, should there be any dispute over the deposit when you checked out from the hotel.

Even if you leave something behind, the front desk calls and goes straight to the intersection...the best
