The hotel is nice and comfortable, suitable as a choice for a place to stay during a holiday to Padang, with close access to culinary centers and tourist attractions in the city of Padang.

I was very disappointed staying here. The hotel receptionist, Disyah, was very unfriendly, not even a smile. I made a special request for a non-smoking room because I'm allergic to smoke and cigarette odor, but I was still given a smoking room, claiming it was subject to availability. Check-in times were very inflexible for out-of-town guests who arrived tired, but still had to wait until 2:00 PM to check in even though the room seemed ready...

Comfortable, spacious bed, clean room, and hairdryer. The downside is there's no water in the room.

The bread is a favorite at this hotel. Room rates are affordable. I wish the breakfast menu could be more varied.

The housekeeping staff are unfriendly. They bang on the door like they have no manners. Even though it's not past check-in time yet.

Business trip. Standard king room. Room size is adequate, bed is a bit tight against TV. Bathroom is quite spacious, hot water works. I moved from room 208, but the AC remote was broken, and the TV remote wouldn't connect. Breakfast is on the 5th floor, with a fairly varied selection for a room under 500,000 Rupiah, and it was delicious. Service 4/5. Lobby security guard wasn't very friendly when welcoming guests, not opening car doors or greeting them. Parking is quite spacious inside.

Basically, it's excellent, good service, food, facilities, really top... if I go to Padang, I will always be a regular here... 🩷🩷🩷🩷

I chose a panoramic room. The view from the balcony was truly amazing both day and night. The room was spacious and fully equipped. There was a bathtub and sauna in the room. Unfortunately, I didn't have time to use the sauna because I only stayed one night. Hopefully, I can try it another time. The kids really liked the room environment, and the staff were very friendly. The swimming pool was very attractive because it was on the rooftop. The view from the swimming pool was also extraordinary. Great and highly recommended. Hopefully, HW Hotel maintains and improves its quality. It was a pleasant experience staying here. See you next time. 😊
