The room was very clean, the air conditioning was comfortable, and the swimming pool was also clean, making it suitable for families. However, it was a shame that the WiFi wasn't shared upon check-in, so we had to ask for their name and password first. The food was quite tasty and varied.

My stay at this hotel was generally pleasant. However, the room lacked proper soundproofing, and I could clearly hear noise from neighboring guests, which was rather disruptive. Despite this, the service was outstanding! The staff were courteous and highly professional. I would consider returning in the future. Thank you!

The hotel's location, which is integrated with the Festival Citylink mall, is very helpful in terms of easy access and comfort when you need something outside of the hotel's needs. Making appointments with clients is also simpler because you can just walk to the venues in the mall.

The hotel staff are all friendly and very helpful during the check-in process.. staying 2 days still feels like it's not enough... I'm saving up some money for my next vacation because even though staying at Harris feels expensive, I miss visiting again.

security and bellboy are good and friendly Spacious parking in the basement. Suggestion for those staying from far away, it is better to park above, especially if you arrive at night. There are still many empty parking lots but our vehicle was directed to park in the basement. The hotel is close to the mall but for destinations to other places in Bandung exCihampelas, Paris van Java etc. it is not worth it

Non smoking room but room smell from cigarette smoke left by (maybe many smookers) smokers. Harris should never change floor from smoker to non smoker or vis a vis.

The hotel is integrated with a mall, it is very clean, the staff is polite and the hotel area is clean and fragrant, and when you get to the room it is clean and tidy, everything is according to the color of the room, it makes you miss it, and the breakfast has a variety of menus and the taste is really delicious, it makes you feel at home. Come on guys, don't miss staying here.
