Everything is very proper...The warm water swimming pool is still the main reason for choosing to stay here...Plus now the playground is even cooler...Wow, I feel more at home staying at The Papandayan 😍😍🥰🥰

A very well maintained heritage hotel, the friendliness of the staff is commonplace but the alertness of the staff is very rare, all the staff are very alert in their actions.

I feel like traveling to the Bandung Tempoe Doeloe era by exploring the ambiance of this hotel. It’s old but gold.

The hotel room is spacious, but during breakfast the waiter has to get it for you, so you can't get it yourself, and you can see the chef tasting the soup with a spoon directly dipped into the pan 😔

EXCELLENT EVERYTHING SATISFACTORY

Everything is the best, the only thing is that the rinsing area in the pool doesn't have warm water. So the kids rinse off with cold water.

Clean, spacious room. Superb hotel staff (allow us to gofood from outside easily, kind greetings, attentive). Nice bathtub (can watch TV from bathtub). What could be improved: - Breakfast space was limited to the point there's waiting list, so we're asked to eat on the 5th floor (lounge?). The space was luxurious but the food selection was very, very limited. - Extra charge for water (10k per bottle). Staff is very kind! Forgot my watch after check-out and they kept it. Also, the lobby smells nice + clean toilet.
