Still can accept, will come back again

We stayed at Ming Garden the first day we arrived KK. The price is reasonable and worth every penny. The room is spacious and it is located in the middle of KK. I will repeat.

This hotel have 2 buildings, we stay at 2nd building and it look like quick old building. The hotel surrounding no much shop, all restaurants need to walk around 10mins. Inside bathroom have 1 used towel hang on the bathroom glass door. Aircon remote cannot change the temperature.

The accommodation here is comfortable, the room size is large enough for my child to play. The cleanliness of the room is the best but the bathroom needs improvement. There are many food choices when we went down for breakfast around 8 am. The space is spacious. The food is clean and well organized. I will come again in the future.

The room is comfortable for sleeping. However, the lighting is dim, so you need to bring your own desk lamp if you want to work. The staff are friendly and helpful. The residence-type room has a tall refrigerator, which is great for storing plenty of food.

No water in KK but hotel gave us bottled water. Food is nice, many variety. Delicious too. Check in was easy, no deposit required. Parking is not free. You gotta pay RM5 for every entry. I love the smell of their shower and shampoo gels. Bedroom is spacious and has great ambiance, the bed, pillows and blankets are so comfortable you feel like sleeping on clouds. Overall, 8/10 for me.

The hotel's location is very strategic because it is close to restaurants and shopping centers (Imago Shopping Mall).

Comfortable hotel room. Clean. Suitable for bringing a baby. The problem is paid parking. Free parking coupon is only given once. If you stay for 2 to 3 days, you have to pay for parking every time you come in and out.

Comfortable room, only the bathroom doesn't lock, suitable for a couple on their honeymoon...

Air conditioner not cold at all. The receptionist not friendly not helpful when complained about the air conditioner. 👎🏻.

Great stay indeed. Comfy and spacious.

It was a nice hotel spacious and clean. However, the drive in to the hotel lobby is a bit circuitous, and does not give a good impression of the hotel. You have to drive around the back, passing the refuse area, etc, before you get to the lobby. Not sure if it was done that way because of fengshui?
