While on holiday with my family, I stayed for 2 days and when I was sick, the hotel staff was very willing to help me find medicine, the hotel was the best.

The sound above was like someone pulling chairs and tables repeatedly, from afternoon until night.

First time staying here, and I'll be staying again every time I visit Jakarta. Hopefully, I'll get a VIP card and a discounted rate.

The location isn't exactly on the main road, but it makes up for it with the staff's hospitality. The rooms are extremely comfortable, and the food is delicious, albeit limited. The only downside is the unstable Wi-Fi.

The location is very strategic near Kuningan and saves time when you need to go to the embassy. The staff is friendly. The hotel is clean and comfortable. However, the breakfast menu lacks variety and doesn't match the menu. The taste is also lacking.

Free laundry service, delicious breakfast, but minimal variety, there was no dessert one day - oh yeah, the miscommunication was that children aged 10 and above are charged extra for breakfast, maybe because my child is older, but he is still in elementary school, so it's okay to charge 50% of the adult price. Note: The TV needs to be upgraded to watch online channels (staycation), the electric jug is also leaking, and the towels need to be replaced due to aging. Overall, okay.

I love everything about Avissa, and they are very understanding of the guests' needs. Overall, I highly recommend it if you're visiting Jakarta.

Everything is ok, fun and satisfying.

I have stayed at Avissa Hotel for 6 months, and for my current visit, I chose Avissa from the many hotels in Jakarta because I already know and like staying at Avissa with all its goodness, it doesn't need to be luxurious like 5 stars but Avissa offers other things that I might not be able to experience in other places, like staying at home, hopefully Avissa continues to be better and more advanced, recommended place to visit when in Jakarta.

On the 2nd day, from night until dawn, I could hear the sound of hammers knocking, etc., as if renovations were taking place. I was just too sleepy so I ignored it. When I woke up at dawn, the sound was still there. I just thought this was strange. I wanted to take a shower and I felt bad, while praying I shouted in the name of Jesus, the sound disappeared completely.

The only downside is the public spaces smell like cigarette smoke :( especially the lobby.

Recommended budget-friendly hotels, but not cheap. Excellent service.

Highly recommended for areas with lots of food and public transportation.

Lots of food around the hotel, friendly staff, walkable to RDTX, Telkomsel and XL signal when I stayed was bad.

It's nice because it's close for access to anywhere.
