An affordable hotel. Although the hotel looks like an old building, the cleanliness and friendly staff make it comfortable. The rooms are also a decent size for families. Access to the Jogja Monument is close, within walking distance for those who can afford it, hehehe.

The mattress is hard. And if you leave the parking lot by motorcycle, you have to pay first, and then it's free, even if you get a stamp from the hotel.

The hotel staff was very friendly, and the room was nice for the budget. It was the closest to Dr. Yap Hospital, as we happened to have business there. Unfortunately, the room seemed poorly maintained, and there was no elevator; you had to climb the stairs to get to the upper floors. Luckily, we requested a ground floor room, and they were available. So far, I've enjoyed staying here.

Worth it! It's located in a shophouse area near Dr. YAP Eye Hospital. Although the entrance is a bit confusing, it's okay. The hotel facilities are quite complete: the TV works, the AC is cold, the cleanliness is good, there's a mini fridge, amenities are available, and there's an electric kettle complete with coffee, tea, and sugar. Keep improving your service :)

If you want to go to the city center, it's close to Lempuyangan Station, it's easy to find food, and it's in the same place as the Dr. Yap Foundation which provides massage services for the blind, so if you're tired, you can stop by for a massage.

A quiet hotel even though it is located in the YAP Square shopping area, close to Dr. YAP's eye hospital.

I stayed here some time ago and unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory. The lighting in the room felt uncomfortable, and several important amenities weren't working properly—including a dead room phone, a malfunctioning refrigerator, and a locked and inoperable safe. Hot water didn't come out immediately and had to wait several minutes. There were also no tissues in the room, and the mattress felt quite hard. Otherwise, it was still pretty standard. Hopefully, the service and facilities will improve in the future.
