Beautiful views, friendly staff, suitable for bringing children here.

Recommended, I want to go there again, and yesterday was just right when I had the garden view, and the service was also very satisfying, check-in and check-out were hassle-free.

Great view. I had a complaint about the hot water, but the hotel staff quickly resolved it. The food was delicious, but lacked variety. All the offers are good and comfortable for a staycation.

The room is very big, there is a living room with air conditioning but there is no balcony. I got a room on the 4th floor in the corner. It is an old hotel, so the furniture is made of wood. The sofa is also an old model. The TV only has local stations. The lighting is a dim yellow nuance. The staff is friendly and helped me contact a local motorbike taxi.

Comfortable hotel with affordable price.

It's worth the price, and perhaps a better upgrade would be worth it for the room. The bathroom is a bit disappointing so far. The toilet doesn't have a shower, so it's a bit confusing if you want to pee or poop. There's also no faucet for ablution, so you have to go back and forth to the prayer room. Some of the lights are out, and the TV is also old-fashioned. 😁 Bed comfort is 6/10. Breakfast is okay, standard, but refills take a while.

One of the kids friendly hotels, special swimming pool for kids and playground. We stayed on Friday night, the information we got was that if we stayed on weekends there were some special events.

Clean room, friendly staff, strategic location, only there is no tap for ablution in the room, the adult pool is quite deep (2m) so it's a bit scary if you want to swim.

For the location, it's okay, it's just that the hotel is time for renovation, many areas/spots look poorly maintained, for the interior rooms it's also time for rejuvenation, the playground area if possible can be expanded for children to play together, apart from these comments, everything is okay from the food is delicious and still very affordable, the service is friendly, I will visit here again to enjoy the view

The hotel staff is friendly, the bathroom facilities have a bathtub and hot water, very clean, there is water, coffee, sugar and tea sachets. The room is not soundproof so people's voices from outside can be heard from inside. So far it's satisfying, I will continue to be a regular customer when on vacation to Tretes.

for the infrastructure is already very good. there is a refrigerator. it's just that at that time I was on the 6th floor which is the place for breakfast. it was so noisy when the table and chairs moved that my child woke up and had trouble sleeping.
