Some time ago, I stayed at Hotel O Cihampelas, a hotel strategically located in the Cihampelas area of Bandung. Upon arrival, the area was already bustling due to its proximity to shopping and culinary centers. From the outside, the hotel looked unassuming, but it was quite easy to find. Upon entering the lobby, check-in was quite quick and the staff were friendly. They explained the hotel facilities clearly and made sure my basic needs were met. Although the hotel isn't particularly large, the atmosphere was quite comfortable. My room was clean and tidy, with standard amenities like air conditioning, a TV, and an en suite bathroom. The room wasn't particularly spacious, but it was still enough for a comfortable rest. The bathroom was also clean, and the hot water worked perfectly. One thing I liked was the location. From the hotel, I could walk to Ciwalk (Cihampelas Walk) and various nearby eateries. So, if I needed anything or wanted a late-night snack, I was just a short walk outside.

It's a perfect stopover during your visit to Bandung, especially for backpackers. It's located right in front of the Grand Cokro Hotel, and there's an Alfamart just below. Early check-in is possible before 2 PM for an additional fee. A 100,000 IDR deposit is required, but it's refunded upon check-out. The location is also near a river, so it's difficult to hear the strong current. Bathrooms are outside, but there are some on each floor.

If you go to Bandung, you must stay here, it's cheap and clean, and the service is also really good, top notch.

It's pretty good considering the price. But what's really unfortunate when I arrived, the room was really dirty & it looked like it hadn't been cleaned. The bathroom was outside, shared (it's okay), but the toilet was squat 😭 the pillows were soft, not comfortable to sleep on. & I got the bottom room so it was really tiring going up and down the stairs from the reception to my room..

Overall, it's ok for solo touring like me. There's a 24-hour Alfamart downstairs, parking is still available in the basement, and the sound of the riverside is really good, making it feel like you're in nature, even though you're not.

Clean, spacious rooms, and a great price! And it's so crowded that it's fully booked. It's super convenient because it's close to Ciwalk! There's an Alfa downstairs, and there are lots of snacks in the morning, great!

The room was clean and comfortable, my room happened to be 202, so it wasn't next to the river so it wasn't too noisy, but sometimes I heard the sound of brag brig brug, I don't know what. The bathroom was quite clean, the hot water was also normal, no problems, soap was provided, but please don't throw cigarette butts in the bathroom, it's disgusting. . There is a 24-hour Alfamart downstairs so if you're hungry, you can just buy instant noodles, hehe I don't regret staying here, I was hesitant because there were reviews that asked for payment, but when I went there, it wasn't. The room size is okay, also comfortable for wfa, the room is clean, the bathroom even though it is outside is also clean & fragrant, no AC but cool enough to need a blanket. The location is okay, there is an Alfamart below it and it is close to everywhere. Worth the price🙏🏻

the location is very good on the side of the road below Alfa. got a room on the lowest floor unfortunately there is only one bathroom while there are five rooms on one floor. the top floor has many new bathrooms. Overall good for that price, don't expect more, only the blanket has been changed for a long time, it looks like there are stains, I don't know what. The receptionist is kind, let me leave my backpack after checking out.

Sorry to say, but I have to say this for others to consider. The room I got was on the 1st floor (bottom), maybe because it was cheap so I thought, oh well. I checked in at night because I just arrived, I went down from the lobby to the 1st floor, the road around was not well lit, there were lights but they were dim, when I got to the 1st floor it was even dimmer. My room was right near the stairs, on the 1st floor it was a bit dirty, when I entered the room it turned out the pillows smelled musty and the mattress was dirty and yellowish even had spots like in the picture (it looks like it might have been washed but it wasn't clean) The walls of the room were dirty, the room smelled bad from the trash can in the room (it seemed like the previous trash that still had water left) the room lights were dim. I couldn't sleep, so I ended up going out for a walk. When I got back, I went to the bathroom, through the 1st floor hallway which wasn't that far but it was dim. And it turned out the bathroom was very dirty (I didn't take a picture because I didn't bring my phone). The trash near the door was scattered, the sink was so dirty, the ladle, the squat toilet, the shower, everything was dirty. I didn't take a shower, and decided to just wash my face. Back in the room, I still couldn't sleep, finally I forced myself, I put a cloth I brought from home on the mattress and I curled up on the cloth. From my experience, I hope the hotel owner can use this experience and lesson so that in the future they will pay more attention to the cleanliness of their hotel. Even though the price is cheap, we should still prioritize customer satisfaction. If the hotel is clean, customers will automatically come back because they are comfortable. I hope you guys are not angry because of my long typing, I hope it can be an improvement for a better hotel in the future. Thank you.
