The staff was very friendly, assisting us in the parking lot. The service in the restaurant was even friendlier and impressive, with a varied menu. With its affordable prices, this hotel will be our favorite in the future.

Comfortable rooms, friendly staff, strategic location

It's a shame that the swimming pool is being used by children for swimming practice, so those staying at the hotel can't freely enjoy the swimming pool.

Simple but complete. - Fairly spacious room (deluxe) - Clean - Plenty of luggage storage in the room - Hair dryer - TV OK, modern/smart TV - Drinking water dispenser provided in the hallway. - Elevator - You can request luggage brought to your room upon check-in - Car pickup at check-out is available at the lobby - Breakfast is simple but has a decent selection. - Ice cream machine - Gym, good brands, well-maintained, and quite complete for cardio and weight training. - Indoor pool, not large but decent. Perhaps because it's indoor, the water is quite cold. On Saturdays, there's a children's swimming practice schedule. The shower door is poorly maintained (some are broken). - Strategic location. Close to shops. There's a restaurant right in front.

This is my umpteenth time staying here. Everything is great, the service is good, and the staff is all friendly. Check-in and checkout are hassle-free. Clothes are ironed at no extra cost. All the food is delicious.

The staff were very friendly and unfortunately we got a room in the corner which was a bit noisy with the staff coming and going.

The service is responsive and the staff are all friendly. The ambiance and facilities are complete and nice, and the pool has a beautiful view. The strategic location is convenient, close to everywhere, and there's plenty of food nearby. However, the food was a bit bland for me, but the chili sauce was great. Unfortunately, the cake and donuts were so hard they were inedible, so they were a waste.

The room was very comfortable, exceeding expectations. If possible, the main meals would be more varied.

During my stay at Hotel Horison Samarinda, there were no problems and it felt comfortable.
