Very pleasant, spacious room, plenty of pillows, enough for a family, strong shower water.

It's a shame the gym is so hot, but access is great everywhere. Highly recommended.

A very pleasant experience, with friendly and helpful staff, a strategic location close to Gedung Sate, hospitals, schools, and other amenities. Plus, there's a ton of culinary options.

The staff are all friendly, very helpful poll. The housekeeping is also very friendly, ask for extra coffee and get a lot, haha. For soundproofing, you can still hear sounds from the next room, especially the TV sound. Luckily, I took the superior type without breakfast, the view is the city in my room. Near Jalan Lombok which has lots of culinary, there is a FamilyMart next to the hotel, there is an Indomaret Point in front of the hotel. If you want to go to Cuanki Serayu, it's close, if you want to go to Cihapit, it's close, if you want to go to Bagelicious which is currently popular, it's also close. It's just a shame that the superior type room doesn't have a mini fridge. 😁 I hope they can add a mini fridge to all rooms. I used to go to Hotel Tebu before I had kids, yesterday I went to Bandung with kids. 🫶🏻

The hotel is great for the price. It's comfortable, the staff is friendly, it's clean, and the food is delicious.

The hotel's location, surrounded by shopping and culinary centers, is very helpful during your stay there.

The hotel staff was friendly and very helpful. The location is also strategic. However, the rooms were too small, making it difficult to pray in them. Bathroom cleanliness also needs improvement.

I've only stayed at Tebu Hotel once, and so far it's been quite pleasant. It fits my budget. There's one amenity I particularly like that I sometimes don't find at other 5-star hotels I've booked.

Hotel location is very strategic, located nearby interesting places such as restaurants, ATMs, and others. The hotel room is clean and comfortable with an affordable price. Hotel staff are helpful and friendly.

Overall satisfactory, only 1 minor issue is the AC which is a bit old and looks less good.

The room was decent for the price, but there were some downsides. The soap had been used due to the unnecessary metal guard, and there was no hand soap provided. The sound of running water was quite audible. What makes me want to come back is the abundance of culinary delights in the area, so I don't have to worry about finding food. I also forgot my charger yesterday, and the receptionist helped me charge it. I forgot my glasses yesterday, but thankfully they were found.
