The Villa is located nicely. We can see the sea with 360 degree, nice sunset. The bedroom is spacious. The sofa need to be replaced. The outer roof is to be checked. It seems that one part is about to fell off and made noise due to the strong wind.

It was pleasant except for the bathroom, which was not very clean and smelled of urine, the always damp floor, and the faded bedsheets. The beachfront view and access to the beach are definitely worth checking out. Hopefully, the facilities and cleanliness will be upgraded in the future.

Staffs were friendly and accomodating. View was amazing even though we arrived in a cloudy afternoon. Room was clean, we got 2nd floor room with balcony view of garden (the opposite of parking site), but the aircon needs maintenance. Kids were happy, swimming, playing sand at beach area, and playing at public playgound. The breakfast menu varies and kids-friendly (porridge, cereal, bread, puding, fruits).

The staff is super friendly, but the motorcycle parking lot doesnt have a roof so when its rain will make our vechicle and helm wet, the wifi is bad inside the bedroom.

Everything was fine. The only downside was the cleanliness of the rooms. Perhaps because the hotel is rarely empty, with guests coming and going, the cleanliness was a bit lacking. There were lots of stains on the floor, and the backs of the chairs in the room were dirty (perhaps just because it was my room 202). Next time, more attention should be paid to cleanliness. The food is delicious, with lots of variety, and the hotel area is also nice. It's okay.
