Very comfortable and close to culinary locations

A well-maintained, old-fashioned 4-star hotel located across from the beach and restaurants, close to major tourist attractions and souvenir shops. Unfortunately, the beach was very dirty when I was there in late December. The service was good: my jet spray was broken and immediately replaced. When I checked in, I was given a room that smelled of cigarettes and was directed to another room on the third floor. Everything was handled promptly, quickly, and friendly. 👍🏻 I booked a large bed room, and the room was quite large and comfortable. The lighting was dim; there was no central lamp. Breakfast was okay, with limited variety but sufficient. The fish gangan was delicious.

The WIFI signal is weak for the 5th floor area. The EXECUTIVE ROOM often turns off the WIFI by itself.

It was a pleasant stay. Close to the city center and the beach. The mattress was clean, but the pillows had a slight musty smell. Perhaps the cleanliness of the bedding in the room needs more attention. The shower was powerful and hot water was available. The breakfast was delicious.

Overall was fine staying. Our room was the cheapest room, so we get what paid for. the sink was moldy, but after I complained, they cleaned it. The bathroom door didn't stay open, you have to hold it to keep open. That's annoying.

The hotel is near Tanjung Pandan city, directly facing Tanjung Pendam Beach. Our shower was a bit broken, but it still worked fine. The Wi-Fi was very slow, and the food was quite good. Staff were very friendly. Swimming pool was very clear and clean.
