because refill drinking water should be provided on each floor in the dispenser or gallon

It's a shame that the smoking room is less comfortable because it uses air freshener.

The hotel is well-located, around 5 mins from the Pasteur gate and only minutes away from the malls and city center, making it convenient for both business and leisure travelers. The lady at the front desk was friendly and welcoming, which made check-in smooth. The room was spacious and comfortable, though a bit dated in design. Wi-Fi worked well throughout the stay, but the lighting was quite dim and the shower could use some improvement. Overall, it’s a decent option for a short trip, especially if location is your priority.

We chose this hotel because of the location near RS Hasan Sadikin. We went to Bandung for medical treatment at RSHS.

hot water is not on, towels are dull and thin, sheets are also dull. noisy hotel with people chatting next to and outside the room. this is not a hotel but a boarding house breakfast is bland, no taste and no variety. staff is not very friendly.

Location is close to the city center, service is quite good, competitive prices.

The staff is friendly, the rooms are quite spacious, the hot water works well, the AC is cold, the location is strategic, and the price per night is very affordable.

first time staying here, overall everything is ok. only the towels are a suggestion, they don't absorb water. better change towels that can absorb water so it's more comfortable.

Unfortunately when I arrived there was a renovation going on. So it was a bit noisy during the afternoon break. And the voices of guests from other rooms were heard while chatting.

So far so good, but please replace the towels with new ones as they are worn out and dirty, and find a towel that absorbs water. Thank you.

Thank God, overall it was good, and we were able to check in early. Because of the long journey on a motorbike tour, we were allowed to enter the room early, it felt nice to lie down, thank you and good luck.

So far is good. The only drawback is the blanket, because it is already yellow and still used. Cleaning & service is ok.

comfortable quiet and close to the mall place for business trips

The hotel was close to the toll back to Jakarta and also close to tourist areas in Bandung. The front office staff was very helpful and friendly, and they had a good attitude and hospitality manner. The only problem was the cleanliness of the hotel room was not really clean. All experience was good. We will come back to this hotel again soon. Please pay attention to the room cleanliness.
