The room was dark and had no windows. The bathroom had a lot of dark undercarriageways, which was a bit scary, haha. When I took a shower at 12:00, the hot water had already turned off.

Overall, the facilities provided are excellent, but there are still a few areas that need improvement, such as the beds/mattresses and pillows, which are partly worth replacing, and the Wi-Fi connection, which is often slow. Our final assessment is that it's adequate for both individual and family accommodations. Thank you.

Towels were unavailable. They were delivered five times, claiming the laundry had just arrived. There were no tissues in the room, so we had to use bathroom paper. The bathroom lock used a regular key.

The hotel staff is very diligent and provides good rooms, but unfortunately the food service in the room cannot be contacted, the TV is still an antenna with limited channels, the bathroom glass is moldy, hot water is sometimes there and sometimes not, the pillows are very thin, the mattress is hard, the AC is not cold enough, there is no hairdryer or hanger provided, the wifi is on and off and cannot be used.
