I sincerely request improvements in service and cleanliness.
I happened to receive a recommendation for this boutique hotel, and honestly, my first impression was quite shocking. Upon check-in, I found socks hanging in the room, tissues in the doorway, and hair in the bathroom.
The front desk staff was quite helpful with my room complaint, and I was eventually moved to a new room. I requested a double check of the cleanliness, but I was still disappointed as I found pantyliners and a broken bathroom mirror.
Since I was tired, I didn't complain about the room anymore.
The room could actually use better maintenance to make guests more comfortable.
The food in the restaurant was adequate in terms of taste, but the menu was lacking in variety.
Security could probably be more aware and sensitive, as during my 3-day/2-night stay, I never met or even greeted anyone, let alone directed me to park my vehicle.
