I sincerely request improvements in service and cleanliness. I happened to receive a recommendation for this boutique hotel, and honestly, my first impression was quite shocking. Upon check-in, I found socks hanging in the room, tissues in the doorway, and hair in the bathroom. The front desk staff was quite helpful with my room complaint, and I was eventually moved to a new room. I requested a double check of the cleanliness, but I was still disappointed as I found pantyliners and a broken bathroom mirror. Since I was tired, I didn't complain about the room anymore. The room could actually use better maintenance to make guests more comfortable. The food in the restaurant was adequate in terms of taste, but the menu was lacking in variety. Security could probably be more aware and sensitive, as during my 3-day/2-night stay, I never met or even greeted anyone, let alone directed me to park my vehicle.

It was a really fun staycation there, even for a day. I booked a superior twin-bed room with a balcony. The kids were happy, and so was mom. There's a kid-friendly pool, also close to the breakfast area and lobby. The staff was friendly. The food in the restaurant was delicious. I'll be back next time.

The room was a bit dirty, maybe it hadn't been occupied for a long time, but it was just for the experience. The food for breakfast was delicious, even though there weren't many variations.

I tried a higher-priced room because I was satisfied with the previous one, but what I found was that the room was indeed more spacious but not any cleaner. The floor around the bed looked like it had never been swept. It was a shame, even though the bathroom was perfectly clean.

A hotel suitable for business trips, close to culinary centers that are open until late at night, close to minimarkets, close to the city center, friendly service from hotel staff, clean rooms.

The location is actually quite good, the service is fine, but the room cleanliness is less than satisfactory. I may have just gotten a room in a bad location and had issues. On the fourth day of my stay, a rat infested my room, making it uncomfortable to sleep, and the next morning I asked to be moved. In contrast, when I moved in, I got a much nicer, larger room, and it looked cleaner. Unfortunately, I wasn't given a more proper room until the last day.
