Check-in is quite easy, strategic location

The location is right across from Nagoya Mall, a famous and busy cafe is next door, the hotel's outdoor area is used as a smoking area for the cafe, if we wait for Taxol, the cigarette smell is quite disturbing, Warmindo and CK are also close, the staff are friendly, the hotel is under renovation and is explained on the banner, the room is spacious, the noise from the next room is clearly audible, the cleanliness of the common area (elevator, hallway) is lacking, the breakfast is quite varied, no omelettes and white rice were provided during my visit, the water flow is small on the top floor

This hotel is very good, the rooms are spacious, clean and the AC is cold, of course the service is very friendly by the Hills staff 2 thumbs up 👍, it's just that there is a bit of a musty smell, maybe because it's an old hotel which usually has a musty smell from old furniture or carpets, but this hotel is still recommended for those in Batam, and it's close to the culinary center and mall
