This was my first time staying at the Hotel California. The room was spacious, complete with a work desk, sofa, small table, mini fridge, and hairdryer. Hot water was available in the shower and sink, but the faucet was a bit stiff. Upon check-out, I reported the faucet issue to the front desk, and they responded promptly, apologizing and thanking us for our prompt action.
The staff was friendly and responsive. When we arrived in our room to make a hot drink, we discovered the kettle was broken, and it was promptly replaced upon our report.
Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. There was cuanki (rice cake) that could be paired with Indomie noodles, chicken porridge with yellow sauce, pasta, salad buffet, various breads, and cereals.
