Old hotel, but comfort. I recommend to stay here.

I've actually stayed here twice. The first time was in the new building near the reception, which was great. It was close to the restaurant and swimming pool. The second time I booked, the room was bigger, but dirtier. The bedside lamp was very dusty. Even after I opened the bedcover, I found quite a bit of sand on the bed, which I don't know where it came from, and it was quite annoying for me and my baby. Access to the restaurant and swimming pool was also further away. Other than that, the breakfast was delicious, the facilities were okay, and the distance wasn't too far. I'll probably come back.

Nice place, a family hotel nevertheless, if you want to rest by the pool then it is not for you, too many kids. Restaurant food is crappy and expensive, 110 thousand for a 15 cm frozen pizza is shameful. Chicken katsu terrible 90 thousand as rendang price is overpriced expensive. Beer for two is suppose to be 60 thousand and the price here to be 280 thousand for two. This is too much. Restaurant taste is not as good as a 4-star hotel. Eat somewhere else, anyway breakfast is okay, variety enough Positives: Breakfast: Satisfying with good variety. With a pretty good taste, although the coffee is bad Kapal Api Tubruk should be a much better coffee brand Room: Generally clean Staff: Friendly and helpful Negatives (Areas Need Improvement): Ambiance: Too small and crowded, the pool is no quieter place. · Restaurant: Prices are too expensive, overpriced, and the food quality is poor (e.g., frozen pizza, pizza dough like crackers, priced at 110 thousand rupiah/pizza, not worth it. Rendang, plain chicken, priced at more than 80 thousand rupiah plus tax. Bintang beer is 30 thousand rupiah/pc, charged for two bottles of 280 thousand rupiah, and the food is served for quite a long time, 45 minutes or more. Food for 4 people is charged 700 thousand rupiah. It is recommended to eat elsewhere. There are many seafood restaurant options outside that taste better and are affordable, not overpriced. The bath towels in the room were torn, really not reflecting a 4-star hotel, and the bed sheets were stained. Room Maintenance: The bed sheets were stained and the bath towels were torn upon arrival, although replacements were provided when requested. There was no hairdryer. This experience did not meet expectations for a 4-star hotel, there should be significant improvements in terms of hotel restaurant food, use a good quality chef, hire a good chef, important for a 4-star hotel because it is not a 2-star hotel. Room maintenance needs to be considered, do not sweep with a manual broom, the hotel should have a vacuum cleaner. Amenities: Towels new replacement, nothing torn, bed sheets are not stained, and beach cleanliness is managed

a very pleasant experience especially for children... the atmosphere and environment are kids friendly, there are kids activities too and there is also a bubble bath on the beach, most of all such a good for family for vacation 💖

Good facilities, pefect for families.

The room is quite comfortable and the view is nice, there are lots of trees, sorry so the roads are a bit dirty, hopefully the cleanliness can be improved, hopefully there will be good fortune to come back there again🙏

New Year's here... very enjoyable.. clean room, friendly staff, good facilities. Breakfast is varied. Easy access. Outside the hotel there is an Indomart and a place to eat. Overall everything is okay..

Comfortable hotel and suitable for staycation

I chose the two-story Residence type. You can add an extra bed on the ground floor, along with breakfast. The ambiance is beautiful and well-appointed. Complete facilities and accommodations are available.

Pretty good, please improve to make it even better

This is our third time at Mambruk: 2022, 2023, and then December 2025. It feels like home. Every time we go to Anyer, when the kids ask us where they want to stay, they always say Mambruk. It's that comfortable. Thanks, Mambruk.

Had so many great times here. All staff were super helpful, especially Kak Abel who accompanied me and my family during our stay here. Thank u for all the complimentary. Highly recommended to spend the holiday with the family.

Comfortable, quiet, and great location on the beach. There's a swimming pool, perfect for bringing the family.

Quite expensive for a minimalist room.. but its okay since it is a high season

We stayed in a Premier Deluxe room. The room was quite spacious. We had early check-in, late check-out, a welcome drink, and a slice of cake. The shower was powerful 👍🏻. The service was friendly. The room was very far from the restaurant and pool. The sink faucet was leaking (a small trickle) and the sink was a bit clogged (the water didn't drain smoothly). Several calls to 0/7 went unanswered. At the pool, we only got one towel per room, claiming it was the rainy season, even though we were two adults and two children. The showers near the pool didn't provide soap and shampoo, and the hotel amenities weren't portable, so we couldn't take them to the pool. There were a lot of smokers at the pool, creating pollution, even though there were many children and other families who care about their health and hate cigarette smoke. It was very uncomfortable! Many of the side dishes at the restaurant were the same even on different days, which made us bored because there wasn't much variety. Some of the food didn't suit our tastes, so breakfast on the second day was less than enthusiastic. Hopefully, all the good points can be maintained and the bad points can be addressed.

It is indeed one of the recommended hotels in Anyer... but there was an unwanted experience, I woke up at dawn to do ablution, luckily the lights weren't all turned off... it turned out there was quite a lot of water on the floor... it turned out it fell from the AC... thank God it was safe
