Suitable and recommended for family staycations on a tight budget

It's a shame that when we checked in at 2 o'clock, we only entered the room at 17.30. We asked for compensation by not paying breakfast for our 2 children. This was not responded to because the staff said that checking in at night was strange... and this hotel will not be recommended again.

The hotel is clean, the service is excellent, and the staff is very helpful with all guest needs. The food in the restaurant is also delicious, with my favorites being the porridge and stew. It's a comfortable place to rest and a great place for business.

In the afternoon, the swimming pool is used by children who are taking swimming lessons, so it feels less comfortable. Overall, everything is okay.

The hotel staff is friendly, and you can leave your luggage and pick it up. So you don't have to lug it around during prayer. Complete sports facilities. Nearby supermarket, clean facilities.

old hotel and definitely not a star. Just don't come here, almost all staff were not giving a f with you, just a few that are generous. The lift was out of order, your problem. You have a lot of luggage, your problem. With that price, a lot of hotels are nicer and comfy.

smelly towels, already asked for replacement but still smells bad, there are towels with holes that are not suitable for use, there are also dirty towels with stains, hair dryer has to be borrowed back and forth from the receptionist, the hair dryer is not hot and not strong, also disappointed about the service where I was only informed that there were menstrual blood stains on the bedsheet when I was about to check out and immediately deducted the deposit + additional fee even though the incident happened on the 2nd day of my 4th stay, they should have informed me the day before I checked out and given the option to wash it myself first if it doesn't go away please charge an additional fee and deduct the deposit
