The hotel staff was very helpful when we left our keys in the room.

I enjoyed my stay at the Izi Hotel. The staff were friendly, the area was easy to find food outside the hotel, and it was close to Indomaret. It was also a great place for the kids. The swimming pool is still safe for children under 10.

It's not bad for transit. The only thing is that the body wash is liquid, like a soap refilled with water.

I stayed for one night. At around Rp 380,000 per night including breakfast, I think it's still quite worth it for the price. However, if your main goal is to rest comfortably, I don't recommend this hotel because the noise level is quite high. The sound of footsteps from outside the room was very audible. Furthermore, the sound of luggage being dragged and other guests' doors closing was also very loud, which was quite disturbing during rest. In terms of cleanliness, there were several things that needed attention: The blanket looked used and hadn't been changed, although the sheets and pillowcases looked clean and tidy. The bedside lamps on the right and left were dusty. The bathroom walls had quite a lot of mold. The room floor still had a lot of hair, as if only the visible parts were cleaned. Hopefully, this feedback can be used as evaluation material for the hotel to improve cleanliness, facility maintenance, and guest comfort in the future.

The reception was friendly. The service was excellent. I even requested an extension and the response was quick and easy. The room was clean and comfortable. Overall, it was great. I'll definitely be back again and again. I happen to have work in the Bogor area. Keep improving! The best.

I like the service.. but the toilet is dirty.. The inside of the toilet is dirty.. there were even baby cockroaches in the toilet..

The facilities are good for the price, and the staff is friendly. The bathroom floor could use a scrubbing; there are some slippery spots. Otherwise, it's clean and great.
