When I'm on vacation near West Jakarta, I always choose Harlys, especially when I'm with my family.

There's no doubt about it, you get what you pay for.

The staff was unfriendly, and there was a stain on the bedcover that we clearly didn't make. We had to pay for it. I'm really sorry I stayed here.

Strategic location and easy access to CP mall and airport.

For the price, it's okay. Breakfast includes rice, bread, coffee, and tea.

Overall okay. Breakfast cannot be chosen. On the first day it was okay, but on subsequent days the side dishes were spicy, so I just ate rice with crackers. There was bread, but the bread wasn't good. Fortunately, the dessert was good. WIFI is very bad.

The hotel is clean, and the free breakfast for two people is a great deal for that price. The location is comfortable, with plenty of eateries nearby, and it's close to the mall, Indomaret, Alfamidi, and the hospital, so staying here is definitely worth it. There's a deposit, but as long as you follow the hotel's policies, it's safe.

Whenever there's an event in the West Jakarta area, I always stay here. The price is affordable, the location is strategic, check-in is easy, and the hotel has plenty of culinary options nearby.

Upon check-in, a towel used by a previous guest was found. Please contact housekeeping when cleaning the room.

A modern hotel in West Jakarta. The hotel area, from the lobby to the corridors and all the way to the rooms, is clean. There's a smoking area in front. There are plenty of food spots around the hotel. So far, it's been comfortable.

I've stayed here many times and found it very comfortable. However, the AC isn't cooling right now. Please have it serviced so I can rest more comfortably.

Please reinstate the rule that you can leave your luggage at check-out. It's a shame that luggage can't be left at check-in anymore, as it's so busy now. Furthermore, the staff are unfriendly.

Why are the lights in the room all yellow and dim? Sorry, but it makes it look like a hotel, not really, with the dim yellow lights. White lights would be better. And when you turn it on, some lights go out, so you have to call the operator to get them fixed. There's no hair dryer provided, and you can't even borrow one. Even leaving your luggage for a short time is not allowed and there's a fee.
