The location is very strategic, there are lots of food around the hotel. However, the room is not very comfortable and the floor is a bit sandy. The towels are shabby and the soap dish is leaking, so the soap is always empty.

unclear collaboration with traveloka, the information was 2 adults 2 children (16 years old, 5 years old). turned out to be only 2 adults. instead of being asked to book another room.. annoying, already tired from traveling.. still arguing about the room... traveloka immediately sort out information about hotels/residences like this... don't let many consumers get "pranked".. the room is full of dirt stains, sheets, pillows, mattresses... if you're not careful you can be charged because you're thought to be the one who made the dirt.. hopefully it will be better in the future..

It's comfortable, affordable, and offers free breakfast. The location is great, there are plenty of food stalls nearby, and it's very close to TA and CP.

There was not enough soap in the bathroom, even though I booked for 3 nights. I asked for it from the front desk, but it wasn't added. There was no coffee sugar, only a small bottle of water and a water heater. I don't know whether coffee sugar is really not available with all orders. I'm just sharing my experience. If you're going to clean a room, it's best to install a makeover. Otherwise, it's best not to clean it. This is to avoid unwanted incidents. 🙏🏻

It's been 2 times the same thing happened when checking out, there's always trouble from the stain that sticks to the pillow, only 1 spot and I have to replace the deposit money, the stain looks like blood that I didn't even feel was from me and only showed the stain through the photo..!! and it's my fault, I didn't check when I first checked in.

The toilet was not cleaned, it was still wet and looked dirty.

I'm on the 2nd floor. I asked for a towel from the cleaning staff and waited for almost 2 hours but it didn't arrive. I couldn't defecate because it was too narrow. The soap was broken.
