Friendly staff, clean rooms, close to minimarkets and cafes. I was only planning to stay for 3 days, so I extended my stay at Micasa for a week.

The hotel staff is friendly and informative. It's cleaned regularly every day. Towels are always changed. The atmosphere is peaceful. The bathroom exhaust isn't powerful enough, so water vapor condenses on the mirror. The bathroom door doesn't have a lock. Overall, it's okay.

a beautiful and pleasant place to stay. the swimming pool in front of the room makes a peaceful view. for those who have families and children, this is one of the best recommendations

Overall it's okay, the only downside is the gap for the toothbrush and some of the furniture is broken, but the room is nice and spacious too.

Staying here overall the staff is friendly, responsive if there are difficulties, very comfortable. Close to the supermarket area. Spacious rooms, comfortable kitchen. Overall the best Micasa. But for the cleanliness of the hotel floor, please improve it again. The rest is okay.

Always staying here whenever I travel to Bali.

I stayed for 2 days. Well, in the morning we went out so that the room would be cleaned so that we would be comfortable when we returned home. But the room was not cleaned at all. Very bad service.

Very nice atmosphere for rest

Returning guest and feel the quality of the room is downgraded. Room is tired, bathroom a bit dirty but it's OK compared to what I paid. No complain! Location is very good, close to everything. If you're looking for just one night transit, Micasa is the best option!

Perfect location, nice little area which is what I'm after, big room for the price. The downside was the bed is noisy and the bathroom exhaust fan was very loud!! But I'm not complaining for the price I paid. If I travel solo again, I’ll definitely come back here.

The room does not provide toothbrushes and toothpaste, only bath soap, there is no lift in the accommodation, but the staff is super friendly.

Everything is okay. But it's a shame that there was a shirt left behind, how come it wasn't seen and not told? After 2 days of asking again, they just said that there was a shirt left behind. But everything is good. Fast response too. The location is also really good. The bathroom is clean
