The staff was friendly and helpful. We arrived at the hotel around 1:00 PM and were able to check into our room. The hot water was good and the AC was cool. I'll definitely be back again next time.

It's damp and the floor is slippery, it's very quiet, a bit creepy, but there's a refrigerator, the hot water works well.

Staff are friendly, the hotel location is near Kuta and Legian Beach, there is a minimarket near the hotel. The swimming pool is quite good, not too small but not too big. The room is clean, hot water is working fine.

I didn't come and occupy the room, but no one asked me whether I was coming or not.

The check-in process was served in a friendly manner.

It's really cheap for 350k to get a hotel as comfortable as this, clean and the staff are friendly. The room is cleaned every day and there is a balcony too, highly recommended for a long stay here

The room is comfortable. The AC is good. The hot water for bathing is very good. The floor is indeed a bit slippery because Bali does have a slightly salty water, maybe because it is close to the PDAM beach, so it is normal in my opinion and the swimming pool is very clean. The receptionist is also very friendly...all in all, this hotel is great. If I come back here again, I will stay there again

Hotel nuansa Bali. Sayangnya tidak disediakan air minum dan cuma ada sabun batang kecil saja. Selebihnya oke lah, dekat dengan Jalan Legian dan sewa motor.

Sebenarnya hotelnya strategis ke pusat perbelanjaan dan lain-lain, kolam berenangnya juga bagus, receptionist nya juga ramah dan sangat membantu, hanya pada saat saya menginap di lantai 3 segedung dengan tempat receptionist, kok serem ya, ada suara-suara yang bermunculan di tengah malam, sampai ada suara benda yang jatuh di dalam kamar mandi, padahal ga ada yang jatoh, suara ketukan pintu yang sangat sering, sehingga saya tidak bisa tidur dan terganggu, di hari ke 3 saya terpaksa untuk mengajukan pindah kamar, untungnya receptionist nya membantu untuk pindah kamar ke lantai 2. Harga hotelnya sangat murah untuk di tengah-tengah jalan Legian, hanya itu kalau disuruh balik lagi dan dapat di kamar lantai 3, ga deh.
