Safe and comfortable even though it's very hot because it's a coastal area. Complete facilities are child-friendly. The hotel area is very clean and spacious. The staff is friendly and the vibe is very Balinese 🥹

The hotel staff and service were friendly and helpful. The breakfast menu also offered a wide variety of options. The only downside was the lack of notification that check-in was delayed to 3:00 PM. Fortunately, the waiting area was comfortable and spacious.

The hotel is comfortable, it's just a shame that the stairs to the lobby leading to the dark rooms for the elderly are a bit difficult to walk on.

The best hotel I've ever stayed at in Banyuwangi. The service was excellent, friendly, and the staff were nice. The place was clean and comfortable. Ahh, the best.
