Even though the stay was paid for by the office, the service was very friendly. The few days I stayed were very memorable with the atmosphere. Ambiance/Facilities: Complete facilities. Food: Many food choices. Staff Assistance: Very responsive if assistance is needed. Highlights: Close to the Bogor Botanical Gardens, so if you want to take a morning walk or run, the location is very suitable. Price: Price and service are appropriate. Location: Close to restaurants, hospitals and the Botanical Gardens.

Check-in was only at 9:30 PM WIB, but the security guard and receptionist were responsive and friendly. Because the parking lot is small and the room was full when I stayed, the security guard asked us to use valet parking. The room was quite comfortable, but it didn't have a smart TV, and the AC was old, so when I turned it on it made a noise, so we turned it off. But the AC was cool enough. The bathroom was quite clean, but there was no soap and shampoo from the hotel. Breakfast was okay, although the variety was standard, not too many. The swimming pool was clean. So far, staying at Arch Hotel has been a good and comfortable experience. Thank you Arch Hotel, always be successful 🙏

For a ⭐⭐⭐⭐ star hotel, the food menu lacks variety, the towels are not very good and not very white, and the pillowcases are also not very white, making them look dull. In terms of service, it's okay: friendly, responsive, the room is clean, and the AC is cool.

The staff is friendly, even the security guards are very nice. The Wi-Fi is fast, too. Best of all, the rooms are very clean. I came here with my baby, and thankfully, my baby slept soundly, and the room wasn't noisy either.

The staff and security were friendly, and the hotel was convenient for transit. It was close to everything. The room and grounds were clean, but there was a strong odor from the bathroom drain. However, it didn't disturb my sleep as long as the bathroom door was closed.

This hotel might be an old hotel, I don't know. But the hotel is very clean, the floor, the mat, the bathroom are clean. The AC is cold even though it's old, it's a must to replace it if you have the budget. The TV is also replaced, if it's not a smart TV it's not fun, right, even though the room is comfortable. Maybe the lighting in the corridor should be a little brighter because it's a bit scary if you walk alone at night. The breakfast, voila! It's really delicious, the chef is a good cook, the food is all delicious, and they're also friendly. I showed up at the restaurant early in the morning because I had work to do. The staff are all very friendly, I want to come here again. Hopefully the hotel owner will have a lot of luck in the future to be able to renovate it so the hotel will be fresher. So far, it's been a pleasant stay here, thank you to all the staff, you guys are okay....👍👍👍

The rooms are comfortable, clean, and the air conditioning is cool. It's not too far from the city center and the toll gate, so it's still easy to get around.

Staying at the Arch Hotel was quite pleasant, the only downside was that check-in time was only 13.30.

The hotel environment and staff are very good and comfortable, only the room is a bit dirty because it is dusty and makes it uncomfortable on the feet, so more attention should be paid to cleanliness before guests check in.

The room was clean and fragrant, with clean sheets and a soft mattress. There was only one receptionist, so it was a shame they were so overwhelmed with serving so many guests. One staff member even gave the wrong equipment to the room, so overwhelmed. Parking is in B2, and maneuvering requires precision. I scratched my car's bumper because it was too narrow to turn in, but that was easy to repaint. Overall, I had a pleasant experience staying at the Arch Hotel Bogor.

Comfortable atmosphere, easy to reach because it's on the roadside. The rooms are quite large, overall good. My suggestion for the hotel is that the floors in the rooms might need to be repaired as they're scratched, and the swimming pool could be expanded. Thank you.
