Staffs are friendly and helpful! But the room is terrible! Stains all over the toilet. It looks disgusting, Stains on wastafel too. No floor mat for the bathroom. Dusty floor. No proper place for toilet tissue. Bedding looked rumpled when I first arrived.

The front desk staff was quick to check in. The room was recommended and clean, and the bathroom was spotless, and it was well worth the price. It's close to restaurants and has a quiet atmosphere, perfect for families.

First stay. Uncomfortable sleep because the AC outdoor was noisy right upside of the window. The food was packed in a Styrofoam box. Not so good.

Please renew the stuff: blanket, bedcover, towel, shower. Clean up the floor of the bathroom. Provide a chair; you have a table with no chair. No coffee, no water cooker. No security guard.

The room was clean. The bathroom floor was crusty, but I think that was because of the water, not because it was dirty. It's a shame the elevator wasn't working 🥲

The least recommended 3 star hotel. The bathroom is very dirty, the toilet is crusty like a gutter, the pillow case has blood stains, the mattress is dirty with lots of dirty spots.. haven't had a chance to stay, just entered the room, saw the room and went back straight away.. cannot be refunded. Hopefully it will improve better..!!! For cleanliness.
