The place is comfortable, cool, the food is delicious, the male staff are friendly, but in my opinion the female receptionist is a bit rude to female visitors, they need to be trained further. Apart from that, everything is okay.

(+) Beautiful and comfortable atmosphere.
Comfortable for resting.
Excellent sports facilities for jogging around the yard.
The staff is also very friendly.
(-) There is no air conditioning in the rooms. Although the air in Garut is cool, when the windows are closed, it feels a bit stuffy and there are mosquitoes, especially since there are many trees and a lake nearby.
