It's really great to visit the city of Medan and the beautiful Lake Toba.

Check-out was complicated. They charged us 100,000 Rupiah for a strawberry stain on our bedsheets, a made-up excuse. This hotel is highly not recommended for first-time guests.

Easy access, groceries, eateries are available and varied and close to the University of North Sumatra.

There are not enough plugs, the price is the same, the facilities are different, some use smart TVs, some use regular TVs.

There is only 1 plug in the room, and 1 in the bathroom.

The hotel staff was very friendly, gave good directions, and were very helpful. The only downside was that it wasn't soundproof and was a bit noisy, but it wasn't anything scary. There wasn't anything out of the ordinary. I saw this hotel as a family-friendly hotel, as there were a lot of couples with babies. It must be comfortable, right?

It's quite quiet and you can rest well. Access is quite easy.

The hotel is clean and comfortable. The staff are all friendly. There's a supermarket and plenty of food nearby. I've stayed here many times and have never been disappointed.
