I had to temporarily deactivate the Traveloka app. When the guest arrived, they just casually told me to cancel the Traveloka app, and the menu offered no refunds, which I had chosen by chance. It was one-sided. In the end, I asked for a cash refund. After some initial debate, they didn't agree, but they finally agreed to compensate me.
