We stayed overnight at a hotel because we wanted to rest comfortably. I checked the cleanliness of the linen when we checked in before using it because I brought children, I asked for a change because it was not clean and there were traces of hair. The bathroom also had hair near the sink, some of the nuts had a very brown crust, there were cockroaches in the bathroom, the floor of the room was also not clean, the AC was also not cold enough, there was a lot of dust, I asked for a hairdryer and had to call three times. I informed the receptionist to get a response, but I was not very responsive. When checking out, I informed them that there were cockroaches too, only "sorry", it seems they are used to hearing complaints from guests. I thought because this hotel is close to the city and the price is also reasonable, I trust that we will get comfort. It turned out to be a bit disappointing. Please re-evaluate in the future for the comfort of other guests. Thank you.

A roadside hotel with open-air parking, but no roof. There's a swimming pool, very clean and not too deep, safe enough for children.

First time staying at Solaris Hotel Malang for business purposes. The location is easy to reach because it is on a major highway. The garden in front of the hotel with the Solaris sign needs rejuvenation to make it look clean & fresh green. Room cleanliness needs to be improved because there is still dust, possibly because it is on the side of a major highway. Bed linen & towels need to be upgraded because the color has faded for the comfort of hotel guests. A deposit is charged for guests to stay, but it is returned upon check-out. The location is near the Singosari toll gate, the distance to the city is approximately 10 km, welcome drinks are available.

If there were any downsides, I'd probably give them one. The hotel was filthy. There were stains everywhere. I could even hear noise from the driveway. At 5 a.m., it was still very clear that people were racing in the middle of the night. Worst of all, I stayed three nights, and each night my car got more scratches. And when I complained to security, they didn't respond. They didn't even ask why I used compound; they just looked.

The hotel may seem ordinary from the outside, but once inside, it's beautiful and Instagrammable. It's also cozy, but it's not very clean, as there was a small cockroach in the bathroom and the sheets were stained. Overall, I felt safe and comfortable there.

The service is good for the price, and it's close to my son's boarding house. The downside is that it's too close to the main road, which allows dust to enter the room.
