The receptionist, please teach me how to give the service to guests. Overall it's good, close to the city center, only the problem at the reception is that it doesn't serve well. Thank you

Kami pesan tgl 5 Mei 2022 jam 10 malam. Karena kemacetan di jalan kami baru datang 8.00 pagi. Tapi tidak bisa lagi check in karena sudah tanggal 6 Mei dengan alasan aplikasi. Padahal pagi ini kami hanya butuh untuk mandi persiapan jumat.

The rental price is cheap, but the facilities and services are not cheap. Strategic location in the city center. Cleanliness and comfort of the room is quite good. Unfortunately, the shower water flow is not heavy enough.

I stayed for 4 nights. Room conditions are very comfortable for prices under 200 thousand. Friendly employees and central location. Recommended anyway.
