The AC is cold, the water is strong, the hotel is very comfortable.

The check-in process was easy and fast, but there was a mistake in the check-in & check-out time between the app and the hotel system, from the app 3:00 PM - 11:00 AM, while the hotel itself is 2:00 PM - 12:00 PM. The atmosphere is comfortable, easy access is also close to the city center and around the hotel there are lots of culinary options. However, for a 4-star hotel room in a superior room on the 1st floor, the layout of the closet and mirror sink is uncomfortable because they are too close. There is also no mirror in the room. Unfortunately, a 3-star hotel is better in this regard. The advantages of the room, of course, are spacious, well-lit and get maximum light from outside too, the area outside the room to the balcony is also comfortable to just sit and relax and enjoy the surrounding scenery. Access from the basement parking is also easy with an elevator to the hotel, the outdoor parking area is also very spacious. Parking is also provided free access.

Strategically located in the city center, close to everything. The food is simple but delicious.

The staff is very responsive to the situation

Why didn't they mention there was a kids' playground? It's the most relaxing feature during your stay. The hotel smells great; you walk in at the reception, and you walk into your room, and you get a sense of the atmosphere. The only downside is that there's a window, but it looks out onto a corridor, with no view of the outside at all.

The hotel staff is very friendly. The rooms are clean, and the air conditioning is very cool. Highly recommended for finding a hotel in the heart of Seturan, Yogyakarta.

Spacious, clean rooms, location close to everywhere

I visit at the same time with Jr High School students study tour. So the hotel is crowded and noisy. Cant give a full review on this hotel in term of comfort and convenience

All the staff are friendly and the rooms are clean.

The service was good, I asked to move rooms because the first one could hear the AC machine from outside, I was replaced with a room that was more soundproof and had a balcony.

Everything was good, except for the weak wifi in the corner room 201, but it had a balcony.

Lots of culinary delights, the area is busy 24 hours a day, the hotel is clean, the AC is cold, the rooms are spacious, the holiday is enjoyable, I will definitely come back next time, room 514 has a balcony too, with a view of Mount Merapi.

Okay, just a bit far from Malioboro, the city center

Check-in time is listed as 3:00 PM, but I requested 2:00 PM, and they allowed me to. The hotel room is spacious. Requests for a large bed were also granted. The service is excellent. Excellent.

The swimming pool is nice, but the balcony is not very clean.

The room was comfortable and the hotel staff were friendly. Even though I checked in late, I got a nice and comfortable room. It's close to many culinary spots.

Everything was very good, starting from luggage service, room, reception service and until the end of the stay, breakfast was very varied and more than enough, very informative for communication, hopefully next time we can stay again at Hotel Merapi Merbabu, thank you.
