It was tiring to carry the suitcase up, not a single security guard helped me, and when I asked for a minute to pray the Dhuhur prayer when checking out, the receptionist didn't allow it, because she said check out was at 12 noon. How stingy.

For passengers from far away, Bandung for example, family travel with the following scheme: 1. Bring a car from Bandung 2. Overnight parking at the airport (T3) 3. Early morning flight 4. No more than three nights This hotel is an interesting choice!

I always stay at this hotel when I have morning flights. The hotel is at the airport, you just need to drag your luggage, no need taxi, walking distance. The thing is the hotel does not lift. The staff helps to take the luggage up. It is not recommended for senior citizens, people with wheelchairs, and big luggage.

Clean and comfortable hotel… location is also okay, but unfortunately you have to climb stairs, but the staff are friendly and ready to help carry all your luggage…

The hotel's location is really close to the plane check-in area, so it's a worthwhile choice for transit. The staff is also friendly and offers to help wake you up hours before the plane check-in time.

The bedroom is clean and the staff was friendly and helpfull. But unfortunately there was no partition in the bathroom that could've seperate the shower and the sink. The water just flowing almost to the bathroom door I had to put bathroom mat to block the water so it wouldn't come out to the room.

Clean and compact room with a comfy bed, working AC, and hot shower. Wi-Fi was reliable. No restaurant, but there were many stores in the terminal. Located inside Terminal 1 — perfect for early flights and avoiding traffic. Staff were professional, and check-in was smooth. A bit pricey for one night, but worth it for the comfort and convenience after a long journey.
