during my stay at Gumilang, it was 2 days, one day I was open directly at the hotel. but the bathroom was really bad because when I showered the bathroom area became muddy, it needs to be renovated to make it comfortable when showering, then the TV program was really bad, there was none at all so my children couldn't watch any program, they were annoyed by themselves, then the Wifi was really bad, we had to leave the room first to get Wifi, when we entered the room the Wifi signal was lost, we couldn't get it at all, my husband also wanted to work but couldn't use Wifi so he used his own data, and then the front of the room didn't know why, even though we weren't dirty, it was always clean, but there were definitely a lot of flies in front of the room, so it was disgusting if there were a lot of flies because they entered the room, if possible, it could be improved again.

A comfortable hotel, especially for children, it makes them happy with the pool and playground, the children feel at home, the food is also delicious and varied, the hotel employees are friendly, the room service responds quickly, in short, the hotel is highly recommended for family vacations.

Recommended hotel, the location is strategic to tourist attractions in Lembang, comfortable and clean, the only thing to note is that the room smells better so it doesn't smell like wood when you open the door, so it feels damp, but overall the hotel is okay and comfortable.

the staff & maintenance crew is always ready for you.. the room for 100's type and so on is the best room, but not recomended for 800's type the 800's type still having the old aura, need some refresh decoration for the bedroom & bathroom
