The hotel staff was friendly and kind. The hotel was nice, smelled nice, and was clean. However, the Wi-Fi was not very good, and the TV couldn't be used to watch apps like Netflix or other programs. It could only watch live TV channels.

The bathroom was a bit dirty in the corner, the Wi-Fi was often intermittent and the breakfast menu was less varied.

1. The bathroom shower door was broken and wouldn't open or close. 2. The bathroom drain was clogged, causing the water to flood like a puddle. 3. The sink drain was also clogged, preventing the water from draining. 4. Guests upstairs and next door were noisy, pulling heavy chairs all day and night, resulting in me not being able to sleep at all. 5. My car's windshield was splashed with dirty water, even though I had just washed it the day before. 6. My car hood was scratched, for no apparent reason, even though I often stay here, making me reluctant to stay here again. 7. My pillowcase smelled bad. After sniffing around, I discovered the bad smell was coming from the headboard, which had never been cleaned, let alone sterilized. I ended up buying antiseptic wipes to remove the odor and dust, sterilizing it, and asking for a new, clean pillowcase.
