The location is very strategic, right in front of Solo Balapan Station. It's just a short walk to the station. Affordable prices, and there's an elevator.

The most strategic location from Balapan Station; friendly staff; mediocre but good food; I even asked for dinner at night. The only downside was that the shower in my room didn't work, and the towels were in need of new ones. Overall, it was pretty good.

I deliberately chose a position here because the distance is only a short crossing to Solo Balapan station, so it's easy to access because my train departure schedule is very early so I won't be late. The room is clean and spacious, the staff is friendly, the facilities are sufficient, the AC is cold but noisy. When I entered the room the AC was just turned on, the noise was annoying but after a while it stopped, only in the middle of the night I woke up because of a 'ctak-ctak' sound coming from behind the wardrobe. I checked and there was nothing next to my room either, it wasn't next to the room or anything. I don't really know, because I was very sleepy and tired so I just ignored it.

Everything was great, as described in the app. The service was good and helpful.

The staff are friendly, willing to help carry things and don't insist on a tip. Yesterday, I ran out of cash when I was offered help carrying things, and I was afraid I wouldn't be able to give them a tip. It turns out they didn't insist on a tip.

I ordered the superior connecting door because it was only available in the deluxe room, so I immediately upgraded it for free… Thank you.
