Upon check-in, I was given a room on the 5th floor, which only had two rooms available. I then asked to change rooms because there was an event going on in the ballroom on that floor. I was given a room on the 3rd floor, which is all smoking, but the room smelled really bad. I asked to change rooms again, but they finally told me to choose a room on the 3rd floor, which didn't smell as bad. Thank you for your help with the room change.

The room is large, there's a pool and a fridge for storing food. It's close to everything, so I'll definitely be back 😍

It's okay, comfortable for sleeping. The downsides are weak Wi-Fi, an empty dispenser, and the soap doesn't seem to be refilled regularly. They're stingy with power outlets. 4 stars because this hotel has spacious rooms.

It's close to the station, the neighborhood is attractive, there are lots of places to eat out, and the cleanliness is good both in the room and outside the room.

Overall, the service was okay. However, a few areas in the room needed renovation and cleaning, such as the worn toilet and the slightly damaged sink stand. The hotel's facilities are not very accessible to people with disabilities. So far, the hotel has been a comfortable place to rest.

Everything is good, great, great. Breakfast, swimming pool, parking, lobby, welcome drink, plus security who quickly helped carry luggage to the room. Highly recommended for those who want to stay in the city center. This is my second stay. Just a suggestion for unit 207, check it again, it really needs attention: 1. Local TV channels. 2. The water drain in the bathroom is unstable, a lot of water settles around the toilet seat. 3. The water dispenser in the lobby on the 2nd floor needs to be checked frequently due to running out.

It was a short and fun experience, but unfortunately the pool wasn't very deep, only up to an adult's waist.
