Old hotel but quite clean and most importantly, the bed is 140 × 200 (for the double bed).. So it is quite big, and can fit a family with 2 children.. Strategic location in Pasir Kaliki, lots of culinary around the hotel..

We booked the hotel because it is near Bandung Station and close to shopping areas. It was good value for money and the staff were very accommodating.

The bedroom AC was not cold, I asked to change rooms and was immediately served and replaced with a room with cold AC.

Stayed here for 2 nights, it was quite okay, asked for a top floor, but was actually given one on the 5th floor and there were only 2 rooms huhuu when it was already a bit late it felt scary but actually there was nothing.. there was no hairdryer in the bathroom and luckily you can request it, then if you want to add a pillow you will be charged 15k/pillow (only 2 pillows were given).. the hotel is strategically located near delicious culinary places

Clean, friendly and quite affordable

The staff is very friendly and understanding, this is the first time I checked in and was allowed to enter at 10:30, usually check in is at 14:00, the staff is very understanding, we are far from Surabaya and tired, we were allowed to check in earlier, the best, if I go to Bandung again, I want to stay here again, the room is very clean, the bathroom is also clean... the bed is also big, the room is also quite big, in the middle of the city & close to everywhere... thank you Grand Pacific... top markotop in short

Overall, I enjoyed my stay here. I found all the facilities to be good. It just so happened that there was an event going on in the ballroom when I stayed, so I could hear music or people singing. However, when I returned to the hotel at 10 p.m., it was quiet. Besides, it's easy to get around, whether it's for food, sightseeing, or souvenirs.

First, the location is strategic near Bandung station and not far from Braga and Alun-alun. Access to everywhere is easy. Second, the hotel looks grand from the outside but the lighting is a bit dark and a bit old-fashioned for the interior. Third, the condition of the room without carpet so it looks clean or not. Then the room AC is a bit hot but after I set the mode it is cool enough, I don't complain because it's okay. Fourth, the breakfast buffet doesn't have too many choices but it's quite tasty, maybe it can be improved. Fifth, the swimming pool facilities, the pool is clean but the shower room is dirty, sorry maybe it needs to be checked more often for cleanliness. Lastly, the staff are all friendly. Will definitely come back to stay.

The spacious rooms are perfect for families. Check-in was quick and easy, as soon as they were available (I arrived at 12 and was given one). The interns were very nice and friendly.

Overall it's worth for money considering the location is quite strategic. Things to improve includes: - wifi speed - cleanliness of swimming pool - breakfast variety

Recommended, from several hotel experiences in the same price range, Grand Pacific is the best.
