The service was excellent, with the receptionist being very friendly and always smiling, making even the weary traveler feel less tired. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and cool. Overall, I recommend this place for a stay. There's a free airport shuttle. Hopefully, this hotel will become even better in the future.

Free pick-up and drop-off. Pick-up is at Terminal 1 Juanda in front of Familymart (about 400 meters walk from the arrivals exit). The hotel receptionist was friendly. Before check-in, the staff re-confirmed that the room was ready. Spacious room with 2 bedrooms (the room layout is like an apartment, with a living room equipped with a sofa, a CRT TV, and a kitchen). Amenities are limited to two people (toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, and shampoo). There is no water heater or tea/coffee sachets in the room; only glasses and a water jug. A drinking water dispenser is provided in the hallway. Outside the hotel, there are many food stalls (chicken geprek, soto Lamongan, chicken satay, etc.) and there is an Indomaret point. (Overall, I was satisfied with my stay at Walan. The affordable price for a spacious 2-bedroom room (especially for those with teenagers) Thank you Walan, I'll stay again next time.
