Just stayed overnight for transit before the morning flight. Old hotel, indeed not expected to be good. But at least it could be cleaner. The check-in/check-out process is fast, need a deposit or use an ID card. The floors are dirty as if they haven't been mopped. The bathroom floor is especially very slippery as if it has never been brushed. Coffee, tea and heater are available, also simple toiletries, but the problem is the towels are no longer white, almost brown even though I'm sure they are clean but I can't bear to use them. The only thing that is quite good is the location which is close to T2 Juanda, and the wifi is quite fast maybe because there are few guests. Next time, I won't stay here again, the kids said it was like a horror movie. Sorry hotel management, it seems like it's time to improve the facilities (and upgrade the cleanliness standards). Old hotel, but the room facilities are like a 3-star hotel. Because the hotel is old, the bath towels are decent cloths. If you don't bring a towel, it won't be comfortable to use. The bed also had to be replaced, it was uncomfortable. If you stay for a long time. But if it's just transit to the airport the next day, that's okay. The position of the hotel is strategic, it only takes five minutes to arrive at Juanda airport.
