Fun, clean, and good service.

The automatic lock was broken, making a constant noise when locked. When I complained, there was no solution from the staff/manager, who said all the rooms were the same. The staff even told me not to use the inside key. It was dangerous for our privacy and security as hotel guests. The AC was at 16 degrees Celsius, not cold, and there was a lot of noise from vehicles around the hotel.

The sheets were damaged and dirty, and the AC was not cold. For the price of 429,000 IDR, you should have gotten a good one. There was no toothbrush, and the sandals were also exchanged with other people.

The hotel is located right in the middle of the city. Near the shopping center too.

The bathroom was still wet and slippery, I had to wipe it with my dirty clothes so it wouldn't be slippery, then there were a lot of cigarette butts next to the room, when I opened the window to see the view, but I picked up the cigarette butts one by one, the maids were the best but please brush the toilet and make it dry okay 🙏

Small insects (cockroaches) are still often found in the bedroom.

Comfortable hotel for family. Only the breakfast is not varied. It is located in the city center so it is convenient to go anywhere.

Cockroach farming. There are many cockroaches on cruise ships, so cute. When I had dinner at the table, more than ten cockroaches passed by. Thankfully, none entered my ears when I was sleeping.

The room is nice, big enough and affordable. But unfortunately there are many cockroaches in the bathroom, on the bed, in the room the cockroaches are scattered everywhere. Hopefully the management can fix it.

It's cheap, pretty good, and in the city center. Staying in a single room without a window is a bit stressful. For some reason there are lots of insects that look like cockroaches but small.

The restaurant staff is not fast enough in refilling the food that has run out, so there are some customers who do not get food. But in terms of taste, it is quite tasty.

Wifi is broken, water is not hot. Just a guesthouse disguised as a hotel. If these two things are important to you, then stay away from this hotel. The price is similar, it's better to go to the dynasty, which dares to attack a football field.

How many times have I stayed here, it's still okay with friendly staff and because the location is easy to get everywhere. But this time. It was disappointing that the lights went out for +-1.5 hours with the hot weather.

The room was not cleaned during the day, the towels were not changed. The cleaning staff need to be retrained.
