Klub Bunga has always been my family's go-to staycation destination... Especially now that Klub Bunga offers a playground for my little family, the Klub Bunga Theme Park, which is highly recommended for children. Overall, Klub Bunga's room rates are well worth it, considering the service and comfort for my family...

So cool... The room is clean and includes play facilities... It's a paradise for kids, in short.

Awesome.....the hotel is kids friendly, the VIP karaoke staff are friendly. The breakfast is delicious.

Comfortable... Rest peacefully... Holidays become enjoyable...

Overall, it's great.. only the water heater won't heat up even though the temperature in Batu is cold.. so when you take a shower it feels like you're taking a cold shower. The facilities are complete and the kids are very happy there. Everything else is just okay.. it's really special..

The pillows smell, the previous room occupant's pillows haven't been replaced. The food variety is lacking.

- The distance from the lobby to the elevator is soooooo far... via stairs, no access for strollers, suitcases have to be lifted, imagine if you stay here with a lot of stuff.. - Breakfast is just ordinary, not much variety - The hotel corridor is dimly lit at night, not very bright, the hotel garden is dark at night - Many children's play facilities are still paid

not friendly for the elderly. Only 2 lifts. Many stairs and very tiring. The location is an old concept. The food is very disappointing... Not in the same class as the 4 star hotels that I usually visit. The taste is not good, the variety is also like the menu in the rest area. The price is expensive, again.... Please fix it so that guests are not disappointed...

I ordered 2 deluxe rooms, when I entered the room I found the room was still dirty, there was hair scattered, and a toothpaste cap under the sink. Some corners of the room were still dusty and quite thick. Finally called housekeeping to be cleaned again. The Smart TV facility in the room was useless because it couldn't access the wifi so it couldn't be used. I have complained several times but there was no response. The room door also had trouble so the door couldn't close. In terms of facilities for children, it is quite good, but for comfort and cleanliness, it needs to be greatly improved considering that the price of rooms in high season is also not cheap. The hotel does look a bit old, but if it is well maintained it will definitely be more comfortable, in both of my rooms the hotel looks less well maintained. Moreover, as a resort hotel that attracts many families on vacation, the service must also be improved.

So far so good. The flower club has quite a lot of facilities. The rooms are nice, clean, the atmosphere is okay, this is my 2nd experience staying at the flower club. Old but they keep renewing so the room interior is not old-fashioned. The classic luxurious atmosphere is there. But on my 2nd visit. The restaurant has decreased. The quality is the same as the one I came to the first time. Now the variety is lacking. A bit disappointed.. but still okay to stay here

Come during the day, because check-in time is at 15:00 so that the children can play beforehand in the theme park provided. The surrounding atmosphere is good, during Friday prayers the hotel also holds Friday prayers in the prayer room near the parking lot.
