Stayed during the holiday season, the hotel was quite busy and we got a discounted rate. Check-in was around 10 PM, but toiletries weren't yet available in the room and had to be confirmed with the staff. After confirmation, they were provided immediately, but they should have been ready earlier. Breakfast was a notable feature. We arrived around 8 AM, but most of the menu items were out of stock and not refilled. In the end, we only had porridge, although it was delicious. This was my second stay here. My first impression was decent, the price wasn't much different, and I got a deluxe room this time. I got a super deluxe room. If you need something urgent, it might be okay for just one night; the deluxe is better.

The staff is friendly and the stay was comfortable. There's only one downside: there's no electric kettle, so getting hot water is a bit tricky. There are no glasses or cups provided either.

The best, really cheap prices, really cool service

I've stayed at this hotel twice. The location is great. Close to tourist attractions. Easy to find food. The staff is friendly. The downside of this hotel is that the mattress is so bad that the springs are already coming out. Sleeping is uncomfortable. The mineral water bottle is very small, about the size of a glass. The Wi-Fi doesn't reach the room.

My concerns for staying 1 day in this hotel are the room key is quite hard to use and because the number of guests staying is not many, the hotel didn't give buffet service. Overall, for the price I got, the hotel is quite good. It is near the main road and the room is quite big.

It's quite pleasant to stay at Augusta Hotel. Book Deluxe double room, spacious room, water heater works well, complete amenities, cleanliness is quite ok, room 303 views Lembang street. There is no AC but the weather in Lembang is also cold. Free breakfast at that time the menu was yellow rice and white bread. The cold water swimming pool is enough for morning exercise though 🥶🥶 Oh yeah, at night there are teenagers hanging out next to the lobby, perfect for accompanying the cold night of Lembang 😅

The only advantage of this hotel is that it has a children's and adult's pool, and the water is cold. The room is spacious but there is no kettle to boil hot water, just to make coffee you have to go down to the restaurant next to the reception, please provide a dispenser on each floor if you can't provide a kettle in each room, and there is no toothbrush and toothpaste so you have to bring it from home, lol. For breakfast, it's not even 8 o'clock and we were told to wait because it was being cooked first. Hilarious.
