Strategic location, friendly parking attendants and what's cool is the coffee shop on the corner of the road.

It was comfortable and fairly clean, but the bathroom inside the room was a bit messy and rusty. Overall, though, it was comfortable to sleep in.

The room was different from the one shown in the app. When I took a shower, the bathtub water was dirty, yellow, and rusty. I even ran out of water.

I love the room, it's spacious and clean. But they didn't have daily room cleaning schedule so if you stay more than 1 days you need to ask to front desk if you want your room to be cleaned, but the staff is friendly so I don't have problem at all.

Honestly, when I entered the room, I was a bit amazed. Wow, it's quite good. Especially when I saw the atmosphere outside the room, it was really cute and aesthetic. When I entered the room, I felt uncomfortable because I was in the toilet and someone knocked on the room, saying they wanted to fix the lights. Please. Why didn't they check first? Why bother someone who actually wanted to rest quickly because they had to go out later for something. I felt really disturbed. But the rest was okay. The food at the cafe was also delicious.

The check-in process was a bit long, even though it was already past 2:00 PM.

The room smelled bad, I got a room where the toilet leaked to the side when the bidet was turned on, and then I got a room with a leak right above the bed.

Please help me refurbish older hotels in Bandung, even though they're quite busy. If I were asked to stay here again for that price, I'd probably choose a hotel with newer furniture and amenities.

The room was clean and fragrant. The Wi-Fi was fast, too. The location is close to many attractions, making it very convenient.

The hotel staff is friendly. However, the rooms are not soundproof, perhaps because the containers match the hotel's theme.

Earlier when I was about to check out, I was told to wait and HK said there were blood stains on the sheets, and I was told to pay a fine. When I checked again, there were a few coffee stains, and I rinsed them with water, but they said so. HK just grinned while playing on his phone. The bathroom water also smelled bad, sorry, I won't stay there again, I'm being stubborn, I need to fix the quality and service first.

There's no specific request for a non-smoking room in the app. So, if you're unsure, you'll be given a smoking room and can't complain. Coordination and information between shifts is also very poor. I was promised a move, but there was no further confirmation of the required time, so after reconfirming, it turned out it was already past the scheduled move-in time. It's a shame the lack of clarity in the information I received from the hotel. I'm pregnant and had an uncomfortable experience here.

The room is comfortable and aesthetic, but there are two drawbacks to the water: 1. The water isn't hot when using it. 2. The water is cloudy when using it. Is Netflix access restricted?

BTW, I brought my own bath bubbles and bath bombs, but the room was really nice and spacious. The downside was that when I entered the room, there were what looked like termites on the bed and sink. I don't know, but they should have checked before customers moved in. I still gave it a good rating because of the strategic location.

The hotel is very strategic, only the parking area is not very spacious

It's complicated, you have to pay 1 million in cash. The place is nice, but it's complicated, there's a lot of this and that.

The location is very good, but the vinyl flooring in the room has peeled off a lot.
