Bad experience. The TV was dirty, full of spots like ants. The phone was dead. I filed a complaint but there was no follow-up. The Wi-Fi was weak, and the signal often dropped. And worst of all, when I took a morning shower, the water suddenly ran out. I had to go to reception to get the water flowing again. The swimming pool was like a public bath because it was open to the public, and it was incredibly crowded. I couldn't swim anymore.

Honestly, I was so disappointed with the service. I asked for the iron, and they brought it, but the iron was broken and I couldn't use it. I called the receptionist, they said they would check it, but they didn't come until the check-out day. Thanks for the unpredictable experience.

Yes, it's comfortable... The toilet flush isn't very clean. The swimming pool is almost completely open to the public, so guests don't get any space. 🤔

Only the staff at the fo are friendly. After being escorted to the room..we brought things, there was no initiative from the bellboy to help carry things..what is the function of the bellboy? And the housekeeping is quick to respond when we are needed.
