There were cockroaches in the room, even though they died immediately, it seems like there was pest repellent. The food was just ordinary, not too tasty, not too bad either.

Breakfast is delicious, with a wide selection of food, even herbal drinks. There are plenty of interesting spots to relax, without having to leave the hotel.

A favorite hotel for kids, clean rooms, strategic location, lots of game options, free animal attractions for hotel guests. The swimming pool is like a water park with lots of water rides, you'll never get bored staying here.

I was delighted to stay here, and the kids were delighted too. There are plenty of rides within the hotel grounds, so we didn't have to deal with traffic jams on the road to explore other attractions. God willing, we'll stay here again. Thank you.

My family and I have stayed there 3 times, but the improvement in room cleanliness is not visible, especially in the old cottages like in Zebra.

Friendly and helpful staff, the definition of no need to leave the hotel anymore if you are here, all activities are complete in the hotel, the swimming pool is clean, there are lots of children's toys, if you want to ride a billiards bike or play badminton, there is also a warawiri ride, the best 👍👍 the only thing missing is the TV shows because there is no cable TV and applications like Netflix, Disney, YouTube, etc. have to use their own account

Extraordinary experience staying in close proximity to many wild animals. The facilities are great. We also tried the waterpark and it was really fun. Keep up the good job. For those who plan to visit TSI, you should purchase your ticket here at the hotel.
