My first time staying with my family at the Merapi Merbabu Hotel. The impression was positive. Free parking, ample space. There is a clean swimming pool and free fitness facilities for guests. The staff is neat, polite, and friendly. They are open to anything we have to say. For management, this is not a criticism but a small suggestion that hopefully can be accommodated: In the restaurant: sugar substitutes need to be provided for diabetic guests. The protein menu needs to be more varied. Regular maintenance of the fitness facilities. Availability of mini refrigerators and hair dryers in the rooms. Although I think this is standard for a hotel of Merapi Merbabu's class. Closed changing rooms after swimming.

The service is excellent, the place is comfortable, tidy, fragrant, and very private. The location is strategically located on the main road, but upon entering the hotel, it's very quiet. Absolutely top-notch.

The staff are very friendly and very helpful.

Very comfortable, spacious and clean rooms, varied and delicious food, friendly staff, clean and large swimming pool... the family is very happy.

It seems like the sheets haven't been changed so they smell and are dirty, the room is clean, the bathroom is clean, the AC isn't cold, there aren't many choices for breakfast.

Elevator drama, the elevator is working but can't be tapped to go up/down the floor, and the management takes a long time to handle it, strangely there are no stairs to go up/down (only the 1st and 2nd floors) and there are no stairs at all, what if there is an emergency..
