The hotel is comfortable, odor-free, and clean. I haven't tried the food yet. It's still in the city center, so it's easy to access.

The room is really cramped even though it's for 2 people. There's no space for praying. How can you pray in front of the bathroom?

Checked in at 3, wanted to take a shower, they said the towels were in the laundry, followed up 3 times (the last time I went straight to reception and said they had been delivered), but they weren't there yet. Followed up on the 4th time by phone, they just delivered them, and it's almost 10 pm. Can you fix it?

The deluxe room was very comfortable, with a city view! I felt very at home. However, I found the twin room lacking. It was damp, unclean in some areas, and too dark. Overall, it was a pleasant stay for just 300,000 Rupiah, including a delicious breakfast and a beautiful mountain view!

Every two weeks I have to go for a check-up at RSHS Bandung and always stay at Hotel Ardan Sukajadi for the reasons above.
