My account was dead, and the receptionist didn't answer my calls. The bathroom was a bit smelly and not very clean. The showerhead was rusty and the hot water didn't work. The pillows were hard and limp, so I had to use my hands to support them. I got a massage on my way home because my hands were sore. The food wasn't up to par; even asking for soy sauce was out of stock.

Ordered a 30m2 deluxe room but got 15m2.

For just sleeping or stopping by, it's okay, but for a staycation option for a few days, it's not worth it, especially for the cleanliness of the room, especially the sheets, maybe you should pay attention again, like the sheets that have never been changed, dull, stained, and like sandy. For the TV facilities, I also happened to get one that was only used as a wall decoration 😁 luckily there was wifi. As for the location, it is very strategic, close to banks, Mr DIY, food stalls and Tarakan Mall so it's not difficult for sudden needs and food 😇

Clean a clean room, don't be careless.

The hotel is strategically located. There are several famous restaurants such as McD, Pizza Hut and close to several bank branches and close to the XXI cinema. There are also snack locations around the hotel.

The room did not match the one booked, and there was no information about replacing it with another room.

There was no tissue in the toilet, the wifi pass was not given during check in. There was no kettle in the room, the flat receptionist did not smile when serving & was not on standby when I arrived. The food was less varied & a bit sour. The room was minimalist but comfortable.

The location is very strategic, but the facilities are inadequate, the cleanliness is lacking, the blankets are worn out, the floor looks like it has never been swept, the AC remote is broken. There are no tissues in the room, not even a glass. Please fix it again 🙏

The location is strategic near the city center. Good service. But please improve the cleanliness. When checking in, the bathroom trash bin had not been cleaned, there was still trash from previous guests. But overall everything is good.

Staying here is fun. The staff is friendly, the AC is cold, there is hot water in the toilet, the food is delicious, if we need hot water we can borrow an electric kettle from the receptionist. It's just that for Muslims, it's better to clean the room floor first if you want to pray. Oh yeah, and if possible, replace the towels and pillows with new ones, because the towels are a bit smelly and the pillows are hard, not soft anymore. That's all 👍😊.

I checked in at 11 pm. The first room I was given had a dirty, stained and hairy mattress. The toilet smelled dirty. I complained and was given a different room but in worse condition. There were cockroaches on the mattress. I was uncomfortable. I asked for a full refund but the response was very slow from the time I reported it. And it was approved when it was already check-in time. What will happen to me all night?

I got a room in 203, the AC was hot and not cold at all, I tried sleeping on the floor of the room but couldn't stand it, because I was sweating so much. Finally at 1 am I contacted the receptionist and was moved to 207, it turned out that in 207 the AC was really noisy and suddenly made a loud noise then turned off 😫. Finally we contacted the receptionist and were moved to the 3rd floor, luckily the AC was safe, I could only sleep at 2 am. This is the first time I've slept in a hotel 3 times changing rooms 😫, in terms of cleanliness it is very lacking, business hotels like this should improve their guest comfort facilities 🙏. My suggestion is please SERVICE/REPLACE all problematic ACs. The bathroom walls are also full of scale. The hotel staff's greetings are also very lacking towards guests 😫.

Lokasi strategis, pelayanan bagus dan ramah. Namun kebersihan kamar kurang, ac juga kurang dingin.

Lebih diperbaiki lagi manajemennya. Bayar bukan berrti dibiarkan begitu saja pengunjungnya. Tidak disediakan sendal hotel serta Alat mandi. Dengan alasan baru di pesan. Harusnya semua sudah siap. Gorden kamar juga tidak ada. Lain kali tolong sangat diperbaiki.

Kebersihan kamar masih perlu diperhatikan, kamar mandi masih ada bau tidak sedap dan kecoa.
