The hotel staff is friendly, the rooms are comfortable, the food choices are plentiful and delicious.

The hotel is located a bit far from town, about 10-15 minutes by car/motorcycle. However, the view in front of the hotel is beautiful, especially at sunset. The front desk doesn't answer the phone and is slow to respond to chats and social media. Breakfast has a wide selection. My room's electricity went out on the first day when I turned on the hair dryer. The staff is friendly.

It's a very nice place with a private beach outside of town. Good value! Tasty food in the restaurant for lunch and dinner. Breakfast was ok, very helpful staff in the restaurant.

Comfortable and affordable hotel.. There is a children's and adult swimming pool.. Feels like a private resort.. Exiting the room directly to the beach so the concept is indeed a private beach and resort so there is no need to worry about children swimming and playing on the beach and we as parents only check occasionally so we can focus while working or doing other activities.. The food in the restaurant is delicious and suits our taste.. The service is also friendly.. Keep it up.. Always be successful Sylvia Hotel Komodo
